| During the two to three weeks before the live auction, buyers from all over North America
and all over the globe will be able to preview the equipment. Many potential buyers will place automated express bids while
they preview the equipment and the inspection reports. Our live auctions will be advertised and promoted well in advance to
initiate a large number of global buyers. |

| 7Day Auctions |
| 7Day auctions take place over a 7Day period and may have a reserve price. Bidders can submit a maximum bid they want to pay, and our unique system will bid on their behalf based on the incremental bidding that has been established for that item. The buyers may bid anytime the 7Day auction is going on for that item, either until the 7Day period ends or the item is sold before the 7Days are up, which will occur if the WinBid price has been bid. |
