Selling through Iron Globe Auctions Ltd. brings a world of buyers to your equipment and makes economic

not the lowest in the industry.
- You don’t pay transportation, painting, preparation
costs, etc. for your equipment, allowing you to save thousands
of dollars. The bottom line is that you end up with more money
in your hands, and not in the hands of the auction company.
FEES: for each item sold in a Live
auction, or a 7Day auction, Iron Globe Auctions
Ltd. shall deduct from the payments made to the seller disposition fee equal
to a percentage of the final auction sale price ("final selling price")
as set out in the table below:

DISPLAY FEE: for each piece of equipment the seller lists,
the seller agrees to pay to Iron Globe Auctions Ltd. a display fee in accordance
with the display fees schedule below. The display fees cover, among other costs,
the cost of equipment inspection.
SINGLE PIECE RATE (inspected equipment)
$600 per piece
MULTIPLE PIECE RATE (inspected equipment)
If a seller has 2 or more pieces of equipment at the same physical location,
the fees will vary depending on the type of the equipment and will normally
be less then the per piece fee.
UNINSPECTED ITEMS
$250 per piece of equipment
SMALL PIECES (inspected equipment): Iron Globe Auctions Ltd.
may agree on display fees for small equipment at special rates,
which must be agreed upon in writing before signing a listing
contract.
The display fee applies to equipment located in Canada. Iron Globe Auctions Ltd. will determine display fees outside of Canada on a case-by-case
basis. Iron Globe Auctions Ltd. also reserves the right to determine the exact
display fee for any piece of equipment on a case by case basis.
LIVE AUCTION DISPLAY FEE: Iron Globe Auctions Ltd. will deduct
the display fee cost from the proceeds of the sale of your equipment through
Iron Globe Auctions Ltd., if your piece does not sell, you will not have to
pay the display fee.
7DAY AUCTION DISPLAY FEE: you must pay the non-refundable
display fee prior to the first reserved auction period (7 days).
RE-INSPECTION FEE: if at any time prior to or
during the auction, equipment, which has been inspected by Iron Globe Auctions Ltd., is altered or modified in any way which might affect the
accuracy of the inspection report you agree to pay Iron Globe Auctions Ltd.
a re-inspection fee equal to $500. Iron Globe Auctions Ltd. reserves the right
to determine the exact amount of the inspection fee for any equipment
requiring re-inspection.
WITHDRAWL FEE: If a participating seller
withdraws a piece of equipment from the Iron Globe Auctions Ltd. online auction
site, for any reason, prior to the auction close, then the seller agrees to
pay Iron Globe Auctions Ltd. a withdrawal fee equal to the disposition fee of
the highest bid as if the equipment was sold, as well as any display fees.
SELLERS DELAY FEE: If for any reason, after Iron Globe Auctions Ltd. has
notified the seller of full payment by the buyer, and the seller does not have
the equipment in transport ready condition or delays releasing the machine to
the buyer or buyers transport Co., then the seller shall be responsible for
payment of any expenses incurred by the buyer and /or Iron Globe Auctions Ltd. These expenses
will be deducted from the proceeds of sale to the seller.
SELLERS DEFAULT FEE: If for any reason, the seller fails to
release equipment sold in an Iron Globe auction to the buyer or the buyer’s
transport, then the seller agrees to pay Iron Globe Auctions Ltd. a default fee equal to the
disposition fee of the winning auction bid as if the equipment were sold, as
well as the display fee.
